An online voucher code will be issued which can be used on our website only (and not in any of our local retailers).

Exchanges are valid up until 14 days after purchase.

Seasonal items can only be exchanged up until 7 days after purchase. They cannot be returned if the Yom Tov has already passed — even if it is within those 7 days.

Items should be returned in its original packaging and the content in a state fit for resale.

We do not recommend putting your product in the dishwasher. Clean it with a soft cloth and warm soapy water. Don’t overdo it on the scrubbing — you don’t want scratched lucite.
